At Muebles Cristián Valdés, we specialize in the manufacture of signature furniture, designed to be unique pieces, meeting the highest standards of quality and with personalized features tailored to each customer's tastes. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed.

1. No Returns Accepted

Since our furniture is made to order and according to each customer's unique specifications, we cannot accept returns. Each piece is carefully crafted according to the selected materials, measurements, and designs, which prevents it from being resold or reused for another customer.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted within the first 5 days of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order within this period, you must contact us as soon as possible. After this period, the order will enter production and cannot be canceled. In the event of cancellation within this timeframe, specific terms and conditions will apply, which will be communicated to the customer.

3. Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

If you notice any manufacturing defects or damage caused by shipping upon receiving your furniture, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, make the necessary repairs at no additional cost. To do so, please send us photographs of the defect along with your order number to ventas@cristian-valdes.com .

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct measurements and specifications prior to production. We are not responsible for errors in measurements, colors, or designs provided incorrectly at the time of purchase.
