How do I know when my purchase will arrive?
The estimated production time is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. However, this timeframe may vary depending on demand.

What is the delivery time for my products?
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (hours may vary due to contingencies). Always make sure someone can receive your purchase during these hours. You can always verify delivery with ventas@cristian-valdes.com.
I'm from the region. How can I calculate the cost of my shipping?
Shipping costs to other regions are the cost charged by the courier using which the package is shipped. You can call +56 9 3191 0956 and request a quote, or you can purchase the package, request packaging measurements, and arrange for a shipping method of your choice.
For shipments via courier, reinforced packaging is required, which has an additional cost.
What happens if I don't like the product I received?
Committed to your satisfaction, we will receive your product at our Pudahuel warehouse within 10 calendar days. The product must be new, unassembled, in its packaging, and with all labels or manuals included in the delivery. You must also present the receipt or invoice proving your purchase.
