Chair B is the second model created by Cristián Valdés in 1977.
This chair is similar to its predecessor model, the A chair, the difference lies mainly in the arms and the width, which is 2.5 cm wider than model A.
Thanks to its modern and elegant design, ergonomics and beauty, this collection quickly became an icon of national and international design, standing out in various international design fairs and museums such as the Milan Fair, Paris Fair, Cologne Fair, Tokyo Fair, etc.
The chair is made up of a cold-drawn steel metal frame, a natural vegetable-tanned cowhide cover, and laminated beech and elm wood ribs, with steamed oak inserts at the joining points and ends.
Its dimensions are: 77.5 cm total height, 44 cm seat height, 52.5 cm width and 59 cm depth.
It is usually used as a headboard for dining tables, but it also has the versatility to adapt to living, study and office spaces.
Available in 5 colors
It is worth noting that the natural sole colour ages differently than other colours, starting its life with a light and uniform colour, acquiring over time a less uniform tan colour, where use and exposure to the sun gradually become evident.
The other colours have a dye that largely protects them from the effects of the sun and stains, maintaining their colour to a greater extent over time.
